No consultation or prior experience necessary, you can come and join one of my regular reformer classes after booking.
At Luxe Pilates, classes offer a relax environment where I will help you work towards a low impact reformer classes to stretch and strengthen your body, realign your spine and lose weight. I will ease you gently into your personal Pilates journey, building towards and effective 1-hour workout. At Luxe Pilates, I have developed the fun, relaxed but effective and addictive form of exercise to transform your body, correct your posture and alleviate pain.
Pilates Reformer Classes
In as little as 8 to 10 sessions, you can feel lighter and more energised. I have a small studio with 5 Pilates reformers so in this small group setting, you’ll always have my personal attention. I would also like to offer informal discussion groups to share our success and challenges on the path.
